Our client is a leading telco provider with a growing need for greater support.

Your new role will see you supporting a larger project team within the business. This will involve you providing admin support across recording minutes for both internal and client use, procurement activities and adhoc reporting. You will be joining a diverse and supportive team where you gain gain new systems experience and enjoy a productive work environment.

Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years experience providing admin support
  • Strong ability to take down and type up meeting notes (minutes)
  • Excellent command of the MS Office suite
  • Great stakeholder engagement
  • Prior experience working in a Google based environment would be advantageous (i.e. Google Doc, Gmail for Business etc.)
Our client is offering a 12 month contract with the potential to extend based in the Easter suburbs.
