Working with leading enterprise level organisation you will be responsible for the coordination of the administrative functions and the day to day running of office requirements,  providing clerical, administrative and general office support to key GM's and the broader team. 

What will your day look like? 
  •  Facilities Management of the client premises, plant and equipment including the delivery of contracted, compliant, scheduled and reactive maintenance activities. Management of security access cards for the premises. 
  • Space and churn management functions including the daily coordination of accommodation needs at client facilities
  •  Liaison with lessors / agents in relation to real estate and maintenance related functions
  •  Arrange travel for GM and be the central point for all travel bookings, including approval of travel request. Also process expense claims on behalf of GM and assist with the approval of expense claims
  • Co-ordination of recruitment and on-boarding activity for new employees
  • Diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Produce reports and presentations

What skills will you need?
  • Experience in an admin role supporting senior management 
  • Ability to develop  new processes and improve existing processes 
  • Previous experience within telecommunications industry (desirable) 
  • Document Management and version control 
  • Proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and follow through on projects
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work within complex and dynamic environments
