Due to growth, our client based in Geelong is seeking 3 x Administrative Support Officers, to join their team.

Reporting to an Assistant Director, your role will be to provide broad support to the team including day to day management and coordination of a variety of administrative functions. The position will be required to work across a small team producing quality work at a fast pace. As the administrative team member, you will be expected to show initiative and work independently as required. You will make use of your intermediate level MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills to assist the team.

To apply for this excellent opportunity you will need the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in an Administration Support role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Competent with IT system and skills in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a team in a fast past, changing the environment
  • An ability to build a strong working relationship with stakeholders
  • Preferably have experience working in a government environment
This is an excellent opportunity to work in Government and healthcare, not only to support internal staff but also to customers and the community. The initial contract will be until 30 June 2020.
