You will be responsible for providing applications support to Oracle iProcurement users within the organisation. You will be responsible for actioning purchasing requests, identifying eCatalogue opportunities and purchasing efficiencies and undertaking supplier integrity checks.

Main functions of the role include:
  • Provide technical support for the Oracle iProcurement system
  • Provide guidance on set up and creation of Purchase Requisitions and Orders, including multiple line, catalogue and contract purchases applying appropriate description taxonomy
  • Review Purchase Order activity for headers, lines, coding and categorisation in order to provide direction on what information and details are to be corrected
  • Establish and maintain eCatalogues and provide guidance on their creation and use.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Plan and communicate processes and training needs for Oracle iProcurement and P2P processes
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Min 4 years of experience supporting Oracle procurement systems
  • Experience with processes of Purchase to Pay, the overall Procurement Lifecycle and purchasing systems and software
  • Good MS office skills
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Procurement - highly desirable
  • Good communication skills
