As part of a growing team here in Australia, you will work with some awesome people who love what they do and live by the company values ensure customer happiness throughout the journey. In this role, you will be providing support on their market leading platform.  You will work with customers and partners to identify and faults and ensure they are brought through to resolution.

Other duties & responsibilities include:
  • Identifying the root cause of issues
  • Monitoring core services and managing critical alerts
  • Teamwork - exactly what it says on the tin. Work with colleagues on issues
  • Can't fix it? - Escalate to someone who can help and hopefully, they can show you a fix for next time
  • Finger on the pulse - keep an eye on what's happening in their industry
  • Make life easy and work on process improvements
  • Be flexible, you will never be asked to paint the walls but occasionally you will do some things outside the scope of your job
  • Fun stuff - Get involved in product development
What they are looking for
The basics of written and spoken communication. You are also ideally a problem solver, not just an order taker so some ability to think outside the box is needed. There will also be scope for your inner creativity and they want you to help them build cool tech that keeps them well ahead of their competitors.
