Applications Support Analyst for the support of Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.

  • Providing day to day support on core applications.
  • Collaborate with other teams so that priorities and actions are aligned
  • Providing advice on the capabilities of the system to meet business needs and, research solutions to issues and for the provision of new capabilities as required.
  • Assisting with the extraction, transformation and loading of related data as requested, including the development of reports
  • Development and Support of Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint and other core applications.
  • Assist in testing, including the running of scenarios, reports and performance tests.
  • System Administration duties as required.
Required Skills / Knowledge
  • Experience developing with Microsoft and associated technologies such as, SQL, Dynamics, SharePoint, CRM, Reporting tools and Office365 Applications.
  • Past development experience within a financial services project
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to bridge the gap between the business and IT stakeholders, articulate road-map decisions and collaborate with development teams and 3rd party vendors.
  • Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience following best practices such as SOLID principals and delivery methodologies
