We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide implementation, support and reporting services for Corporate Applications and ensure all areas of the organisation are able to carry out their functions in an efficient and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day to day support for in-house business applications and be responsible for a range of reporting  functions across the organisation
  • Responsible for systems analysis functions involving stakeholders with different business needs across the organisation
  • Identification, analysis, documentation, and delivery of value-added and efficient solutions to meet key business reporting requirements
  • Test and implement new product versions of Corporate Applications while maintaining change control.
  • Provide specialist functional input, direction and support for system testing and training;
  • Assist with the application transition to the cloud 
Required skills and Experience:
  • Experience configuring corporate applications as an end user (i.e. configuration of user defined tables, screens and workflows via a user interface)
  • Working knowledge of ETL and Business Intelligence technology and practices.
  • Working knowledge of the Development Process for reports and minor applications.
  • Proven experience in the use of report writing tools, preferably Crystal Reports and Microsoft Reporting Services to generate reports.
  • Knowledge of Transact-SQL for queries and updates.
  • Knowledge of Technology One Applications is highly desirable.
  • Well-developed time management, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service and an ability to set clear expectations, review progress, and provide feedback and guidance to others.
