Talent International is currently looking for a Benefits Realisation Manager for a 6 month engagement based in the Brisbane Southbank area. The client is predominantly interested in this being a fixed term arrangement, but may consider making this a contract position.

To avoid confusion; this role is not concerned with HR remuneration and employment benefits planning/strategies.

The sucessful candidate will be involved in a number of programs focused on the the standardisation, digitalisation and automation of processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity and economic sustainability. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provision of strategic direction and leadership for all benefits realisation management activities within an IM/ICT program/project(s) environment. 
  • Proven experience developing a Program Benefits approach to support identification, management and demonstration of benefits aligned to the Program Business Case.
  • Experience in providing expert advice on, and direction in appropriate benefits management techniques, methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading and managing the development and planning of benefits realisation management deliverables, including resources required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of IM/ICT program/project(s).
  • Lead and manage the aggregation of program/project level benefits to provide evidence for a return on investment.
  • Proven experience in providing high level of written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage, liaise, facilitate, consult, and advise stakeholders at a variety of levels.
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem, solving skills, as evidenced by the ability to research complex situations, and develop options, strategies or recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated advanced interpersonal, negotiation, collaboration and conflict resolution skills
