  • Work with Agencies to develop effective and practical methods to manage, measure and report on benefits.
  • Lead workshops to identify and document the expected benefits.
  • Identify metrics to ensure benefits are captured as part of planning, data collection, analysis and financial modelling activities.
  • Develop, manage and maintain benefits reporting tools and templates.
  • Define systems and procedures for the collection, storage, analysis and use of agency benefits data.
  • Analyse benefits data against defined metrics and compile benefits reports.
  • Develop and maintain professional, productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including Program / Project Boards and delivery teams, to encourage, through strong collaboration and support, the realisation of outcomes and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project plans and benefits are synchronised and consistent.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate your practical understanding of benefits management and experience in establishing plans, managing and reporting on benefit outcomes.
  • Demonstrate your experience in a program environment managing, assessing and coordinating benefits across multiple projects.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders with strong consultation, collaboration and negotiation skills to ensure fit-for-purpose advice is provided to decision makers.
  • Work collaboratively and form productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders e.g. Program Director, Managers, Project Managers, Agency (Client) Executive, Agency (client) representatives, subject matter experts, vendors and providers.
  • Promote and build an awareness of ethical conduct within the workplace and lead by example.
  • Demonstrate leadership of your discipline.
  • Cultivate a work culture that involves a healthy balance of collaboration and autonomy.
