The Role:

The role sits within the state LA&SE team, reporting to the QLD State Manager, providing key support to the Private Land Access team.

The Coordinator will be responsible for the timely execution of land access documentation and engagement with a broad range of nbn stakeholders.
  •  Engagement with external stakeholders such as Body Corporate organisations, Strata Community Associations, local Councils, Corporate building owners, State Government owned housing associations and public interest premises such as schools and hospitals as their interests apply to Private Land Access
  • Working with Land Access Advisors and State Managers to ensure the identification of public Land Owners within an assigned region to execute land access
  • Manage and liaise with stakeholders - Provide LA&SE state teams with assurance or escalation regarding individual stakeholder land access requirements
  • Develop and distribute LA&SE documents via approved templates to stakeholders to ensure meets the land access notification requirements
Key skills required:

Candidates MUST have this prior exp.:
  • Experience working in the telecommunication industry in a similar role preferred, or similar experience in an applicable industry.
  • Experience working in building management or commercial property, ie Strata Managers, Property managers, Real Estate experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in town planning would be well regarded
  • Must have exceptional communications skills - a good communicator both written and verbal 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills - ability to manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels 
  • Ability to problem solve and manage priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have Microsoft Office Software experience - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
