Our client is a fast growing consulting firm that revolutionise our economy, society and businesses with cutting edge technology. Through the use of human-centred design approach to enhance decision-making in all its countless sizes, scopes, structure and forms, this organisation helps their clients deliver their customer engagement and operational strategies by conceiving and implementing intelligent systems, architectures, processes and new operating models.

You will assist in designing, developing and deploying solutions that digitise and automate clients' decision making processes. All work will embed either artificial intelligence, machine-based learning, cognitive computing, advanced analytics or probabilistic reasoning. You will be working with a team that consists of from strategists to statisticians and data scientists to software developers. They are currently in the market looking for a Business Analyst to join them.

Your responsibilities are:
  • Provide business analysis and design activities to form solutions that will typically involve a combination of analytical, process and business transformation outcomes. 
  • Providing business case development to secure funding for investment in integrated insight-driven decisioning solutions
  • Planning, preparing and performing investigative interviewing to identity stakeholder requirements, motivations and points of views.
  • Assisting in defining and implementation of organisational designs and incentive structures that support and benefit from data driven decision making and quantative approaches.
  • Optimising the organisation's client decision making process by analysing, understanding and documenting the as-is business process, identifying steps within the as-is business process and re-engineer a to-be process to optimize the decision making process.
  • Perform impact analysis on people, processes and culture and define and implement change plans to address the anticipated change to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
  • Developing and delivering clear and articulate, audience appropriate, presentations of findings and recommendations ensuring the presentations is persuasive and a captivating story with suitable theme.
You will need:
  • A sound knowledge of digital and cognitive technologies, analytics, information management and business process based solutions.
  • Have a passion for digital and cognitive technologies and its impact on people, process and culture of an organisation. 
  • A track record on developing business cases, translating client needs into functional and non-functional requirements, engineering business processes to enhance business outcomes, facilitating client workshops and managing and communicate to client stakeholders. 
  • Ability solve problems and critically assess a range of information to differentiate true business needs as opposed to user requests.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
