This Government Department is seeking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to review existing business processes and systems and define both high level and detailed functional and non-functional requirements for the new system. 

You will be responsible for
  • Lead analysis of this complex and high profile initiative
  • Plan and run workshops
  • Requirements gathering 
  • Liaise with nominated healthcare sites, a wide variety of stakeholder groups and government agencies
  • Understand and document workflows, run user groups, write briefings and project reports
  • Identify, evaluate and provide suitable resolutions to presented solution gaps or challenges
You will have
  • Minimum of 5 years of ICT business analysis experience with systems implementation experience 
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders to develop target state
  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale, complex system implementations involving 1000+ sites and 10,000+ end users.
  • Desirable to have knowledge and experience in the eHealth domain, particularly general practice, specialist medical practices, pharmacy and hospital environments.
