Working as a part of a major new initiative you'll be working on a digital communication platform to support the business transition roadmap. With a strong customer-centric focus this project will deliver considerable changes to the way the business interacts with their customers, improving convenience and usability. Key to success here will be integrating new technologies into multiple channels to improve customer engagement and automation of back-office processes and requests. 

You will be responsible for: 
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure all processes are documented and included in the solution
  • Documentation of Business and Functional Requirements
  • Contribution to Risk / Issue capture and mitigation
  • Working closely with the User Experience and Visual Design team
  • Working closely with technical architects

Your experience: 
  • Ideally experience with digital transformation, customer self-service or automation projects 
  • Understanding of and delivery history around business systems or applications projects 
  • BA experience within Agile environments 
  • Project experience around multi-channel customer communications, web-based portal projects would be highly regarded
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to constructively challenge and question
  • Ability to identify constraints, issues, risks
  • Good relationship building and stakeholder management skills
