Our client is a global leader in consulting, technology, and outsourcing and next-generation services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

* Formulate and define scope and objectives using industry knowledge/requirements 
* Act as a liaison between our partners and solutions/support groups using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyse and validate business processes, systems and solution requirements 
* Support and conduct visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design 
* Gather and interpret business needs, document requirement specifications using high-maturity processes and tools 
* Undertake business impact assessments with SMEs and involved in designing the solution 
* Clearly articulate & document the "As-Is' and "To-Be' processes 
* Assist in End User Training delivery as required for the project 
* Research, identify and specify solutions to problems 
* Assist in Proposal development and Project Plan functions 
* Support requirements management and change management processes 
* Support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies and implementations 
* Consider the business implications of the application of new processes and systems to the business environment 
* Support and conduct testing activities, assist in documenting test scripts and test summary report 

Qualifications and Experience: 
* Business Analyst experience in successful Business Improvement Projects 
* Finance/Credit Services experience 
* Strong Business Process Mapping Skills (BPMN experience ideal) 
* Workflow experience is desirable 
* Understanding of the VBA / .Net code, Advanced knowledge of MS -Office Macros (desirable) 
* Advanced knowledge of Excel / Word is desirable 
* Previous Data Validation or Testing Experience is desirable 
* Exposure to Lean Six Sigma principles and / or Agile Methodologies / Ceremonies 
* Experience in customer facing role either remote or face-to-face 
* Experience with working in a geographically dispersed work environment 
* Strong stakeholder management skills 
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
* Proficient computer skills and technology awareness 
* Skilled in problem solving 
* Strong time management skills 
* Experience in compliance with operating procedures and standards 
* Ability to work under tight time frames and to prioritize tasks
