About the Organisation:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Organise and conduct a range of user research and elicitation activity which including, workshops, interviews and observation.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops to elicit business pain points, gaps and opportunities for improvement to enable delivery of our products and services to better meet the needs of users
  • Synthesise the findings from research and analysis to document user needs using a range of methods such as use cases, user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, process diagrams, customer journeys, personas and visual models.
  • Assist the design and development of products and services e.g. wireframes for interface design, user stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder maps, interaction maps, testing and support.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, testers and solution architects on solution design, development and testing as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum delivery team, participating in sprints and workshops as required.

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Analysis or similar, including a demonstrated understanding of user centred design
  • Experience in working in Multidisciplinary teams using Agile framework to deliver medium to large scale project environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and highly developed skills in; business and functional analysis, process mapping, use cases, user stories, requirements gathering for the development of business systems.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops to gain consensus on scope, design decisions and priority
  • Experience using digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint.
