Our client, a highly reputable Melbourne institution, are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst work across business-focused initiatives and IT enablement projects.  
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage and manage stakeholders to have a common understanding of new features/ changes introduced by the solution
  • High-level requirements and define scope for input into inception phase (e.g. business case development)
  • Gather, analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements (use cases, features, epics, user stories etc)
  • Define, analyse and document current and future state business processes using best practices and standards
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
  • Support architecture, development and testing teams in requirements clarification
  • Support the Project Manager

Key skills and experience required
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar with business focus
  • Experience across stakeholder management, requirements gathering, analysis
  • Business process developments and use case development an advantage
  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate into requirements
  • Understanding/ working knowledge of SDLC
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s and certificate/s
  • Previous experience in an agile environment - desirable
