The Company
The company is a large global insurer who are looking for the best talent in a Business Analyst for a Change project. You will be handling multiple changes at once, as well as working across different business units and product lines. You will also learn a number of technologies; this role is perfect for someone wanting to increase their skillset! The role is predominately based in Western Sydney, and you may need to travel between offices.

The Role
The successful Senior Business Analyst be responsible for (but not limited to):
  • Facilitating business requirement workshops and managing stakeholders.
  •  Analysis execution and process mapping.
  • Delivery of current and target state processes (As is/to be) for improvement initiatives.
  • Scoping, planning and managing the delivery of multiple activities.

The Skill Set
The successful Senior Business Analyst will have:
  • Demonstrable experience of analysis on a number of end to end projects. You will be able to identify root causes and provide solutions.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services.
  • Previous experience working on insurance projects and working in a change environment is essential.
