Talent International is currently helping out our client who run an award-winning frequent flyer loyalty program to source for multiple Business Analyst position.

Duties:
  • Conducts on-going analysis of requirements and presents the requirements in a form that can be clearly understood by clients, project team members, development teams and testers.
  • Manage the collation and documentation of business requirements and process re-engineering
  • Analyse and document commercial and strategic objectives as they relate to solution design, delivery or development.
  • Deliver system change impact assessments to allow technical service providers to deliver
  • Perform UAT when required on new or enhanced systems or solutions.
  • Time management to meet key milestones as agreed with stakeholders and service providers, ensuring reviews and approvals are executed in line with project timelines.
  • Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users.

Requirements:
  • You will come from a Loyalty, Airline/Aviation or Financial Services background
  • Experience in evaluating business process anticipating requirements, uncovering area for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills.
