A Business Analyst / Designer is needed to work with a Digital Delivery Team on high-priority digital projects. Key areas of focus include user research, process mapping and analysis, stakeholder liaison, testing and UX & UI design.
You will be part of a small in-house Design Team working with a multidisciplinary Digital Delivery Team, which includes developers and delivery officers. You also will work with a range of internal and
external users.
You will develop requirements from discovery and ideation to delivery through user-based research, workshops, story boards,prototyping and other methods.
Essential skills and experience:
  • Experience conducting user research through interviews, workshops, analytics and surveys.
  • Experience with UX modelling methods such as personas, user journeys, storyboards and process diagrams.
  • Experience in developing wireframes and prototypes, applying consistent design patterns.
  • Experience evaluating the value of systems through retrospectives, showcases, research methods and facilitation of ongoing feedback.
  • Experience of agile environments and working with multidisciplinary Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work to achieve Deadlines.* Ability to explain simple and complex ideas to a range of users.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure in an unstructured environment.
Nice-to-have skills and experience
* UI design coding skills.
* Knowledge of case management systems or similar workflow systems.
