Our CBD based client is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in contact centre deployments both on the IT and Business side to roll-out a new 350+ seat Contact Centre.

This is an enterprise contact centre solution in which you will need to translate technical components to the business and be able to schedule, plan and be hands on at the same time.

Key Requirements: 
 
  • Solid experience in Business Analysis experience related to contact centre deployments.
  • End to end enterprise deployment of contact centre solution (multiple contact centres, inbound/outbound, Interactive Voice response - IVR).
  • IT experience in Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Genesys Applications (Genesys Pure Engage), CIC technology.
  • Comfortable with forecasting, scheduling and reporting to steering committees.
  • Managing upwards and downwards.
  • Qualifications in PMBOK or PRINCE2 is a bonus.
