Talent Internaiotnal is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong tecnical writing experience and experience working with a Utilities company is preferred.

The project is currently in the develop stage with the aim of supporting the Business:
  • documenting the target state model, including developing business activity models, activity and artefact descriptions;
  • developing integrated business activity models for enterprise processes; and
  • implementation of the target state models as procedures and work instructions for key processes impacted by the business transformation project.
Experience required:
The successful applicant must have experience working with key stakeholders, business subject matter experts (SME's) and related third parties within a large business transformation undertaking.

The candidates will be required to have:
  • 5 + years' experience as a Business Analyst within an Asset Management Environment or Utilities environment. (Essential)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in dealing with complex conceptual analytical problems and documenting end to end business processes
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in analysing and documenting business requirements for enterprise level IT systems
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in documenting procedures, work instructions and other supporting materials
