Our client is an exceptional employer who is offering a fantastic long term contract opportunity. They are looking to recruit a Business Process Analyst. You will need to understand the business change needs, look at the impact of changes, capturing, analysing & documenting requirements. You will be responsible for supporting the communication & delivery of requirements with relevant parties.

The role covers both continuous improvement & step change. Focused on the early part of the project life cycle & an assurance role through to project completion.
Initial requirements: 
  • Identify opportunities and promote ways to improve productivity and build business value through effective use of ICT.
  • Develop business cases, project plans and business benefit realisation models to justify investments in current or new technologies and/or associated improvement processes.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications, procurement strategies and tenders to engage the marketplace or internal ICT service providers to create the capability to meet business needs. 
  • Document the business process layer and help enhance and safeguard the integrity of these processes and information flows at a business and enterprise level.
  • Contribute to planning efforts across the business with process modelling, analysis and reporting to maintain an efficient, cost effective and responsive service delivery environment.
  • Analyse operational reporting and reporting systems to identify current and ongoing operational reporting requirements.
  • Manage the resolution of complex business related issues and service complaints that might arise from the business of ICT.
  • Provide timely and expert advice to the Manager, Team Leader or Project Manager regarding system requirements, scope management and project risks.
Further requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing expert advice about solutions and services necessary to enable clients to achieve business outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills of a high order. Including proven experience in the use of Business Process Management tools and methodologies.
  • Develops and maintains one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, acting as a single point of contact. Gathers information from the customer to understand their needs (demand management) and detailed requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a multi-disciplinary project-based team achieving objectives with limited supervision and within specified timeframes. 
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills - both verbal and through written communication with all levels of staff.  You will write and produce a business requirements specification, functional requirements, professional reports and correspondence on a range of issues.
