Due to recent business growth and acquisition we are seeking a ambitious Customer Services Analyst to join a busy internal Service Centre team supporting a dedicated internal PMO environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

*      Telephone Customer Service for the internal PMO team
*      BAU Support including reviewing aged tickets
*      Programme Reporting
*      Escalate, monitor and drive critical issues
*      Experience with JIRA will be an advantage

This is a 12mth contract with potential to extend with an ASAP start required.
