Talent International is working in partnership with a government organisation in assisting in sourcing a Call or Contact Centre Operator on a contract based in Sydney.

Reporting to a Team Leader, initial training provided.

The position involves data entry, inbound phone calls and other administration functions.

 
Essential skills and experience
Clear communication skills: written and verbal 
Strong customer service skills 
Ability to multi task and prioritise 
Ability to navigate technology systems (intermediate) , training provided 
Previous experience with Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel etc
