The Role:

To further strengthen our presence in our NSW Head office, we are offering an energetic, fun, dedicated and committed individual the opportunity to join our established business in the role of Candidate Manager. 
Broadly speaking, you will be responsible for partnering with our Account Managers in sourcing the best candidates possible for our many and varied clients technology vacancies.

Specifically, some of your duties will include:
  • Assisting in managing several major clients, specifically within NSW Government.
  • Being involved in attracting, finding and qualifying candidates for positions in our corporate and government clients using a range of systems and sourcing and tracking tools at our disposal.
  • Writing and advertising job opportunities
  • Phone screening candidates and+/or face to face Interviewing candidates
  • Performing Reference Checks
  • Liaising with candidates and clients during the recruitment process
  • Report creation and generation and providing an unparalleled level of client and candidate customer service.

  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Work well under time pressure
  • Good attention to detail
  • Fantastic phone manner. First impressions count!
  • Previous recruitment or technology experience is a plus, but by no means mandatory.
  • Be a team player in all areas.
