Our client is a leading services provider seeking to rapidly expand their team to service one of their major clients.

Your new role will see you monitoring and addressing customer faults in their internet services. Using customer complaints and data from network monitoring tools you will be responsible for addressing and troubleshooting identified issues. The ideal candidate will have recent experience analysing and troubleshooting copper or FTTN network issues. In addition, you will need to have a background in or appreciation for field operations.

Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience troubleshooting internet networks (FTTN or Copper)
  • Prior NOC experience
  • An understanding of field operations (telecommunication industry)
  • Nokia testing tools or Network Analyser Copper (NAC) experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
