About the Organisation
Our client is an innovative government agency committed to building digital capabilities within the Federal Government. You will be working with teams comprising of specialists in their chosen fields. 
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing career development, guide and support program participants, engage with relevant stakeholders, assist with the delivery of program events and functions, assist with the recruitment process of the business and perform record management duties. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with agencies and Registered Training Organisations (RTO)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Career development, guidance and support services to program participants
  • Developer and manager relationships with stakeholders
  • Prepare Bi-annual reports
  • Assist in the delivery of program events and functions
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Update records management systems.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder engagement experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes
