We are seeking a Change Analyst to provide a high level of Change Management and Communications support to an IT project. Your key accountabilities will include the following tasks and requirements:

- Analyse and document detailed change impacts by role 
- Support knowledge / information management for project 
- Complete scheduling of workshops, capability activities, readiness activities and support / conduct these as required 
- Document stakeholder analysis and follow up actions taken 
- Document risks and corrective action / mitigations on risk register as required 
- Conduct gap analysis 
- Support process redesign 
- Support knowledge / information management (i.e. Sharepoint, updating master documents, etc) 
- Support organisational design activities as required 
- Conduct change readiness assessments conducted 

The preferred candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

- Extensive Change Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills within a project environment 
- Degree in change, HR, business or related tertiary qualification 
- Knowledge of change management frameworks / methodologies, project governance and risk management 
- Knowledge of the Application Development and IT Project Delivery capabilities
- 3+ year's experience in operational change roles, preferably supporting system and  process changes across Application Development and Project Delivery capabilities
- Change & Communications experience in an outsourcing / strategic partnering environment.
