Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced Change Analyst to provides assistance and support to program manager across business process, change and communications, training and business readiness, and supports the Program Manager and change to ensure appropriate governance and reporting within the change stream.


The Change Analyst role is responsible for:
  • Conducting impact assessments readiness assessments, and analysing plans and presenting the findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Assisting with the development, monitoring, reporting and implementation of targeted change management plans which will incorporate Strategy, Impact Assessment, Readiness Assessment, Leadership Action Plans and input into communication plans.
  • Supports the execution of plans by program staff and the employee-facing managers and business leaders.
  • Participates in the change enablement and reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success with business unit impacted by the change.
  • Works with the Business Transformation and Change Team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan and schedule.

Experience Required
  • 5+ years of NSW government experience.
  • Strong understanding of the vendor performance packs and all other vendor reporting.
  • Strong ability to map and track benefits related to IT projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary change management best-practice methodologies
  • Experience in developing high-quality change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement
  • Extensive experience in an operational / BAU service delivery and management capacity with a clear focus on customer service and customer-facing channels.
