Well-established client of ours are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Co-ordinator for a short-term contract to develop an internal strategy in a rapidly changing environment. 

Key Duties:  
  • Develop and implement communications and change management strategies, plans, and activities in relation to the implementation and adoption of new business processes.
  • Develop and support key internal and external relationships, including liaising with stakeholders to achieve work area and goals.
  • Provide accurate advice, guidance, training and reporting on communication and change management activities and practices.
  • Make and communicate decisions using good judgement, expertise and knowledge, governed by legislation, regulations, best practice principles. 

Experience required:  
  • The ability to develop an internal communications strategy and a change management strategy, and the skills and knowledge to develop and implement subsequent plans in a rapidly changing environment. 
  • Experience in user experience or user centric design practices and knowledge on how to align these to communication and change management activities. 
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. 
Expertise in communication and change management activities in relation to system implementations.
