Our client, a well-known Melbourne institution, are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager to work across a large, digital transformation program which aims to uplift cybersecurity.

With you collaborative approach, creativity and strong stakeholder manage skills you will work in and alongside a well-established Change practice and assist with this significant cultural change.

Key responsibilities:
  • Shape communication, engagement and change plans and for the project
  • Drive the implementation of those plans, monitoring effects and refining to maximise outcomes
  • Stakeholder Engagement and management
  • Business readiness activities
  • Change and Communications Impact analysis and strategy planning
  • Development of documentation and collateral (e.g. web content)

Key skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience in Change and Communications Manager role in a large and complex environment
  • Experience across digital transformation/s or cybersecurity projects will be an advantage
  • Proven skills designing and running internal/ external change campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand and analyse stakeholder needs and represent this in engagement planning
  • Previous experience developing documentation and collateral (e.g. web content)
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding how people transition through change
