The Role:
Analyse business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. 
Represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments.  Coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. 

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute in a team and professional environment
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skill
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent activities, while understanding and managing priorities, dependencies and risk
  • Have a strong focus on customer service
  • Strong in resources coordination
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with attention to details
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
