Duties include:
  • Applying structured methodology and lead change management activities;
  • Assessing the change impacts to various stakeholder audience groups;
  • Completing Change Impact assessments;
  • Creating Change Management Strategy - based on the nature of the change and the groups being impacted;
  • Identifying potential risks, points of resistance and prepare specific plans to mitigate or address these;
  • Consulting and coaching project teams;
  • Working with relevant areas to create a set of actionable and targeted set of change management plans - including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan;
  • Coordinating efforts with other specialists;
  • Integrating change management activities into the overall project plan;
  • Evaluating and ensuring stakeholder readiness for change;
  • Managing stakeholders;
  • Tracking and reporting issues;

Skills and requirements:
  • 2+ years' hands on experience working in an organisational change management role, ideally managing workforce changes;
  • Experience in scoping, developing and delivering change and communication strategies;
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
  • Strong documentation writing skills around operating models, processes, plans and briefing material;
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new writing forms and communication methodologies;
  • Manage high workloads and accomplish goals within tight deadlines;
