Talent International is working in partnership with a leading financial services business who are at an exciting transition period and looking to secure a Change Manager / Senior Change Manager with experience on signification transformation projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide the program/project with day-to-day change management leadership and subject matter expertise
  • Proactively identify, escalate (where appropriate) and manage risks and issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of change management activities or program/project plans
  • Actively promote development of Change Management capability within the program/project and relevant line/s of business.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching and support to any reporting team members working on the program or project.
About You:
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Change Manager working on medium to large scale projects
  • Experience in organisation design, process improvement methodology and people transition processes
  • A strong delivery focus ready to hit the ground running
  • Some experience in managing and leading small to medium sized teams
  • Experience working within the Financial Services industry preferred
Some interstate travel may be involved.
