Experienced Change Manager required for a contract role based in Perth to start in early January 2019.


Change Manager will work with the Project Team to develop and deliver a change program related to the introduction of a new client software solution.

  • Develop and have input to project associated documentation
  • Change Management Strategy and Plan for project
  • Training Strategy and Plan
  • Stakeholder analysis and Management
  • Change Implementation activities related to the SaaS
  • Project documentation and /or reports within the projects scope
  • Communications planning and execution 
Required skills
  • Extensive experience across organisational change
  • Ability to manage a small team
  • Experience working on complex change work
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders from junior technical people to CIO/Executive level
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to effectively liaise with the business
  • Training background highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal).
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
