Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing a Change Manager to provide overarching governance of the change management framework, tools and processes to support the delivery of major reform.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Complete detailed change/business impact assessments and engage and work with impacted stakeholders to support and adopt the changes.       
  • Identify opportunity and propose solutions for issues facing stakeholders through the identification of potential organisational risks and anticipated points of resistance.
  • Develop and deliver effective change plans as well as actively support the program/project to integrate change management activities into the overarching program and project plans and schedules.
Experience Required:
  • Related qualification or demonstrated experience in managing change.
  • Experienced professional committed to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated collaborator and structured planner who has delivered end-to-end change program.
Please note it will be approximately 60% travel across the metropolitan and 40% based near Parramatta.
