Talent International is excited to be working in partnership with a leading national Telecommunications company who is seeking two Change Managers initially contracted until 28 June 2019, located in Sydney CBD.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Change professional with experience engaging at an executive stakeholder level and delivering complex, technology and process-based transformations. You will be required to work closely with key stakeholders and establish a strong change network that will inspire and highlight the value and benefits of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

The Role:

You will be the key point of contact providing support in relation to change management activities. This role is a hands-on role involved in the delivery of change management activities.
  • Developing and/or executing on the (Lean) Change Management Strategy for company initiatives
  • Creating the Change Management Plan incorporating all tactical solutions and implement change management activities in order to embed new systems, processes, practices and behaviours
  • Conducting Stakeholder Mapping and Analysis
  • Leading the creation of a detailed Communication Plan that supports the program timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Implementing the change and communication actions documented in both the Change and Communications plans
  • Coaching leaders in relation to effective strategies for embedding behavioural change, and how change can be adopted and sustained
  • Measuring Change Management success by setting realistic goals and objectives
About You:
  • Service Now experience (NextGen ITSM initiative) - Implementing IT Service Management and IT Operations Management modules - Preference, not a dealbreaker (for one role)
  • Strong understanding/working knowledge in Agile Implementation and DevOps principles (for one role)
  • High level of comfort with delivering change and working within a complex and highly technical environment (both roles)
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of organisational change management principles, methodologies and tools with strong emphasis on behavioural change
  • Experience with coaching senior stakeholders
  • Relevant Change management certification (e.g. ProSci) and a degree in IT, Science or Business related disciplines
  • Advanced MS Office Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are essential
  • Highly developed communication skills (written, verbal, and presenting) to be able to present, challenge and influence the senior management stakeholders
  • Experience using Atlassian's Jira and Confluence toolset to set up tasks and drive outcomes would be an advantage
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as a continuous improvement mindset, will be an asset to the organisation
