Our client, an industry leading WA employer of choice are seeking the services of an experienced Change/Communication Manager for a long term contract based in Perth's metro area. The key objective of this position is to work across a large portfolio of work within multiple projects (long term). .

Key requirements of the role will see you:
  • Creating technical communication plans.
  • Setting up communication and change forums.
  • Overseeing all communications and sending out all messages and updates for meetings.
  • Identifying challenges with existing communication strategies and implement necessary changes.
  • Building strong internal relationships.
  •  Identifying key companies to partner with e.g. Copywriters and manage effectively. 
  • Assist with the identification of change requirements for each project.
  • Define the required project change management artefacts and deliverables via workshops with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Develop the Change Management Strategy.
  • Develop and implement the Change Management Plan.
  • Develop and implement the Communications Plan.
Essential experience required:
  • Strong commercial experience as a Change/Communication Manager for a large corporate company. 
  • Extensive social media understanding.
  • Strong document writing skills.
  • Experience working in a large complex environment.
  • Working in the Utilities sector is highly desirable.
