Our client is one of Australia's largest utilities and are moving through a period of exciting change.  

We currently have a long term fixed term contact (to End of 2019) for a Communications/ Change analyst to join an important enterprise priority project, replacing systems that are critical to ongoing operation of our current and future assets.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Change and Training Stream Lead with the development and delivery of communication and engagement activities throughout the life of the program.

We are seeking a persuasive verbal and written communicator who is perceptive, adaptive to change and has the interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. With a substantial background in change related roles, you will  also be highly organised with an aptitude for forward planning and the ability to stretch into other change facets including training, engagement and change impact assessments.
Your skills and experience:
As the successful candidate you will bring the following skills and experience with you:
  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline such as Communications, Human Resources or Organisational Change Management
  • Change Management certification (desirable)
  • Prior experience in change-related roles across a variety of components such as Learning & Development, Change Management, Business Readiness, Communications, Stakeholder Management  etc  
  • Experience working in large scale Projects
  • Proven experience in achieving change management initiatives to support process, people and technology-based changes including:
  • A detailed knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and executing change management and behavioural change activities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience using, a variety of communication styles, supported by excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and experience in developing work instructions aligned with new system and processes
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, eLearning tools and animation software
  • Experience with survey tools and web design applications (e.g. SharePoint, SurveyMonkey etc.) would be preferable
