An exciting opportunity exists for CRM Platform Architects to join a Federal Department for multiple roles in a long-term contract role.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Liaising with the delivery teams (particularly solution architects within those teams) to ensure solutions are compatible with the relevant CRM platform and, where applicable, can be integrated with other solutions within the Departmental CRM.
  • Liaising with the enterprise architecture team to ensure platform design incorporates enterprise considerations (particularly integration)
  • Creating and maintaining CRM instances.This includes scheduling CRM instances for upgrade, balancing Microsoft's schedule with delivery project/programme and other ICT constraints
  • Providing expertise and assistance in platform automation - testing, continuous integration and deployment
  • Promoting key enterprise architecture principles as applicable to CRM platforms - re-use before buy/build, configure over customise, open data/access over siloed functionality
  • Working with ICT engagement, enterprise architects and project management staff to provide input into CRM-related business cases.  This will include recommendations, estimates and costings
 
The Successful candidate will have:
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, ideally including CRM Online experience.
  • CRM experience should primarily be in solution architecture and design, but may also span other roles e.g. business/functional analyst, developer, administration, configuration, etc.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts for CRM solutions
  • Excellent skills in: strategic thinking; communication; judgement; research and analysis; stakeholder engagement; problem solving; planning and; time management
