My client is a leader in the online entertainment industry in Australia.  They are looking at hiring a Customer CRM Manager into their Sydney office who will become part of a business which is at the forefront of technology and innovation.

You will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of their CRM based customer engagement platform.

Your responsibilities will include:


You will define and execute the CRM plan
Develop campaign roadmap
Assess early lifecycle, retention , churn and re-activation
Monitor and analyse campaign based metrics
Track the progress and results of customer campaigns
Analyse customer campaigns
Design and execute customer campaigns based on previous campaign data
Work closely with the product teams
Identify and manage customer churn drivers
Identify and implement improvements to customer communications
Optimise and improve campaigns through A/B testing
Work with senior stakeholders within the business

Skills required:

Good understanding of CRM
Strong background with data-driven marketing and retention marketing strategy
Ability to optimise customer marketing campaigns
Strong background with customer retention campaigns
Innovative
Analytical and very strong with numbers
Excellent communication skills
Very motivated and driven
Enjoys a challenge
Strong multitasking skills
Strong presentation skills
