Our client is a leading Australian business with a renewed focus on providing improved customer experience.

Your new role will see you responsible for driving continuous improvement in the management of processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. By providing leadership, you will be supporting the General Manager in representing the business unit and attending leadership meetings where required. This role will see you contributing to the development and implementation of business strategy as well as leading a range of resources to drive customer improvement initiatives. 

Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience working in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing large corporate customer services or accounts
  • A strong focus on improving customer experience and keeping them top of mind
  • An ability to manage processes and apply business process excellence
  • Prior experience leading and developing teams
Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract (view to extension) working in the Melbourne CBD. This role will afford you the opportunity to assist in the build of a new practice within a large enterprise organisation.
