We are seeking a Customer Operations and Billing Analyst to support key enterprise accounts by providing an order to cash post sales support to the sales, service and delivery teams. This role will also need to manage all billing requirements and be the champion in responding to customer (internal and external) queries. There will be a requirement to gather data from various systems and internal teams to produce reports for the customer.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:
  •  SAP and SharePoint experience
  • Minimum 5 years in post-sales and customer service environment
  •  Previous experience in a large scale managed services environment highly preferable
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • PC Skills including MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and Outlook
