We are curently seeking confident and ethusiastic Customer Support Excellence Officer for our dedicated client, a alrge retail company, based at Lidcombe. This is a permanent opportunity where you will be required to provide specialist response and ownership of technical and functional support and customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond, resolve and fulfill incidents and requests for service through multiple contact channels
  • Prioristise Critical Incident response in a fast and effective way to minimise the impact of major outages and ensure Stakeholders are informed of impact, progress and service restoration
  • Ensure effective communications during major/critical incidents
  • Regularly measure and report on service metrics, trends and areas for continuous improvement

Key skills and experiences
  • 2+ years' experience in a Customer focused Experience Centre Team
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer facing service role
  • Familiarity with the retail IT environment and the associated business-technology issues
  • Previous experience dealing with stakeholders
  • Previous experience within FMCG/ retail industry desireable
