Delivery Support / Project Administrator 

A professional services agency is busy seeking a skilled and motivated individual to engage in a role based in Canberra as a Delivery Support / Project Administrator. You will be an excellent communicator, and a goal orientated individual.

The Delivery Support position will assist with:
  • Administration activities,
  • Financial administration activities,
  • Communications.

Essential Attributes:
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in Project Administration or related roles OR a degree in a Business related field
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Word
  • High attention to detail
  • Corporate writing skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, independent worker

Duties within the role:
  •  Administration activities including:
  • Document organisation,
  • Meeting minutes,
  • Organising meetings and regular team events,
  • Team member on boarding,
  • Allocating incoming requests from the Business,
  • Updating various reports and graphs,
  • Following up Status Reports and Action items,
  • Financial administration activities including:
  • Tracking project costs and accruals,
  • Coding invoices,
  • Raising purchase orders,
  • Communication activities including:
  • Among Other Duties
