About You:
We are looking for outgoing, confident and consultative sales consultants to join our newly established team offering a brand new array of innovative digital media solutions to SMEs across Australia in a rapidly expanding market. Ideally you are a motivated and competitive team player. You live to chase down targets, enjoy celebrating the wins and indulging in the rewards. When things are tough you think positive, you have a can-do attitude and aren't afraid of unchartered territory - you are a pioneer! 

Responsibilities: 
This is ultimately a B2B sales position, as such you will be expected to contribute to the commercial success of the business. You will be responsible for prospecting, building rapport with customers, and proposing solutions based on the needs of your customers. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Performance against daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Performance productivity requirements (i.e. daily call and close rates)
  • Performance against customer advocacy targets
Qualifications/Requirements:
An understanding of the digital media landscape (i.e. Websites, SEO, SEM, Directories, Display Advertising, etc.) is strongly advantageous.. 

Core requirements: 
  • Confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone manner 
  • Experience in B2B solution based sales
  • Business development skills with a track record of quota over achievement 
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Team player with team orientation 
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a changing environment
