The Role: 
As an Enterprise Sales Manager your core responsibilities will revolve around developing pipeline and closing business with accounts within your territory. This is a senior sales position, as such relevant industry and domain experience is required to be successful. You will utilise consultative selling methodologies and access stakeholders in prospective customer businesses from practitioner to CXO level across IT and business units.
You will objectively qualify the customer's business issues and develop a solution that adequately resolves these issues whilst strategically forming a partnership in the short and long term. You will be required to work with cross functional virtual teams, contractors and channel partners to define and execute on sales strategies that deliver revenue, business outcomes and most importantly ensures 100% ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Build pipeline in assigned accounts/territory (both existing and prospective)
  • Generate new clients via prospecting (cold calling, networking, social selling, conferences etc.)
  • Create high detailed sales strategies for your assigned territory
  • Collaborate with channel partners to ensure early engagement, strong alignment and collaborate as part of a virtual sales team
  • Regular communication and collaboration with internal or contracted resources as required (i.e. marketing, technical, specialists, professional services, etc.) on the needs of the customer, sales strategy and status of the sale
  • Uncover and understand customer buying process' and provide accurate and forecast opportunity details in Salesforce
  • Handle customer technical, commercial or account enquiries
  • Deliver ongoing customer value of existing investments through ad-hoc operational reviews
  • Create and maintain account plans for all major customers 

  • Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident/Full Australian working rights - No sponsorship available
  • 5+ years' B2B sales experience for a IT service provider, vendor or reseller
  • 3+ years' experience selling security solutions to the Enterprise
  • Experience selling into accounts with 500+ seats
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Impeccable personal presentation, you will be client facing and must look the part
  • Well-honed presentation skills
  • Solid history of quota over achievement and able to share YTD achievements over the last 5 years
  • Driven and competitive by nature, you need to be the best by nature
  • Consultative selling experience to the CXO level
  • High energy and enthusiastic personality, you work hard but you are fun to be around because you enjoy what you do!
  • Experience selling Symantec/Agari/Veritas solutions will be advantageous but not required
