Are you a strong functional consultant/support analyst with in depth knowledge of Retail ERP including Point-of-Sale (POS) ?  

Experienced supporting customers utilising great analytical skills to triage and resolve issues?

Joining the Customer Support team you will be responsible for analysing and resolving escalated incidents, functional analysis, system configuration, maintaining support documentation and manuals and taking a proactive continuous improvement approach to minimise future incidents. A customer facing role this position will see you working with multiple technical teams, front line customer support and with clients directly.

Key Criteria for Success:
  • 3-5+ yeas experience with Retail ERP systems including POS and supporting customers (MS Dynamics AX specifically Trade and Logistics and/or Retail modules preferred)
  • Functional knowledge and configuration experience
  • Experience providing BAU/Production Support
  • Great communication and customer service ethic
  • Strong documentation and knowledge of industry standard deployment/production release process    
  • Background in BAU operations
  • Any certifications in AX Trade and Logistics and/or Retail VERY HIGHLY regarded
