About the Organisation
Our client is a central agency of the Australian Government, with an important role in supporting the government's ongoing priorities through public sector resource management, governance and accountability frameworks. Based at our client's centrally located office, you will have the opportunity to be part of projects to enhance internal systems and enable the department to effectively deliver services to the government.

 
About the Role
Our client is looking for multiple GovCMS/Drupal Developers at both the junior and senior level. The successful candidates are required to assist with the migration of websites from a variety of CMS tools and hosting environments. The migration will use a combination of tools and techniques including a scripted, semi-automated migration script. Developers will design, build and test the migration script and manage the migration of source material into a GovCMS Drupal 8 SaaS website.

 
Skills and Experience
  • Experience  development of Drupal websites using GovCMS Drupal distribution, Drupal7 or Drupal 8
  • High quality HTML, JavaScript and PHP skills with a demonstrated ability to comply with best-practice coding standards
  • Ability to design, interpret and apply Drupal content types, views, taxonomies and configuration techniques when reviewing and assessing content on websites that are being migrated from sites not currently using a Drupal CMS
  • Highly proficient with Bash or other scripting languages
 
It is a requirement of this position that the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain a Security Clearance
