Australia's fastest growing property investment platform is looking for a gun Head of Acquisition to propel them to the next level. We're looking for someone with drive who is passionate about using their creativity to grow, engage and retain customers.

You will know how to gather assumptions of what might drive growth, design and run experiments, be creative in the ways to act on data and be enthused about upskilling the wider team.

This role offers you a leadership role at a very exciting start-up that has garnered significant media attention. You will also have the opportunity be part of an incredibly talented team and receive a generous salary, bonuses and equity.

The Role:
  • As head of Acquisition, you will be tasked with ensuring a clear focus on sustainable customer acquisition and growth.A passion for marketing and driving growth
  • A deep understanding of user acquisition and retention methodologies
  • Experience with both online and offline customer acquisition
  • A strong understanding of growth channels and new technologies
  • Research and implement new channels for user acquisition
  • Experience with marketing automation and user segmentation
  • Analysis & reporting across all channels
  • Managing the acquisition budget, allocating spend across all segments and channels and including cost benefit analysts on projects, tactics and desired results.
  • Experience in Financial Markets or the Investment Industry
  • A willingness to experiment, analyse and adapt
  • A desire to learn new things every day
  • A proven track record of delivering results
  • Campaign Management
  • Digital Media Management, with a focus on performance marketing channels

  • A proven track record of hitting customer acquisition targets, and creating a significant change in business growth.
  • Strong experience in managing digital performance channels
  • Expert knowledge of performance and optimization of online assets
  • Exceptional analytics and reporting capability
  • Agile, and be able to operate and excel in a fast moving and dynamic business.
  • Dedication and results driven individual
  • Analytical and curious - driven by numbers
